Welcome to Sidle Pulse. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services and the purchase of our premium handcrafted furniture pieces.

1. General Conditions

By purchasing from Sidle Pulse or utilizing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with ordering our products.

2. Custom Furniture and Handcrafting

Many of our furniture items (including our signature amber glass tables and velvet seating) are handcrafted using artisanal methods. Due to the characteristics of hand-blown glass and natural solid teak wood, slight color variations, minor air bubbles, texture shifts, and grain patterns are expected characteristics and do not qualify as product defects.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices listed by Sidle Pulse are in Euros (€) and are inclusive of Dutch VAT (btw), unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Delivery charges are calculated and presented prior to the finalization of the purchase.

4. Delivery, Shipping, and Passing of Risk

Delivery timelines are estimates. Sidle Pulse partners with specialized white-glove furniture delivery services to transport delicate glass and heavy timber products throughout the Netherlands and Europe. The risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon successful physical delivery of the items to the address provided.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

For standard stock items, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery under EU distance selling regulations. This right does not apply to custom-tailored, custom-dimensioned, or bespoke furniture specifically commissioned by the client.

6. Governing Law and Forum Selection

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any legal proceedings, disputes, or claims arising out of or related to our products or services shall be submitted exclusively to the competent Court of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
